# All Paths Lead to LORE

{% embed url="<https://vimeo.com/1178962983?share=copy&fl=sv&fe=ci>" %}

No matter how you start, your destination is the same: an interactive LORE!

As soon as you are dropped into your LORE you will see your first scene. Now it's time to master scene control!

**How to Edit**

* Edit button \[top right]: Modify, animate, re-generate or selfie-ize your image.
* Redo button \[top right, second down]: Instantly re-generate your image.
* Text button \[top right, third down]: Control your bubbles. You can also drag bubbles around the scene and click them to edit directly.
* Scene button \[top right, bottom]: Edit scene text and narration. You can also expand your narration at the bottom of the scene and edit directly from there.

**Proceed**

* You can proceed through your story in two ways:
 * Paths: Select from 4 paths. If you don't like any, simply re-shuffle. Inside Paths you can also select the character and location focus of your next scene.
 * Prompt: Simply type what you want to happen next in the text box.

**Persistent Story Physics**

* At the bottom of your screen you have quick draw access to your story characters, locations and art styles.
* You can edit the art style of your next scene at any time.

**Publish**

* You can Publish your LORE at any time.
* You can always go back and edit your LORE - nothing is final!
* Once you Publish a LORE it is readable and remixable on the homepage by anyone!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://wiki.loremachine.world/the-lore-machine-user-manual/how-2-lore/all-paths-lead-to-lore.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
